What is Your Destination Elopement Pricing?

Destination Elopement Pricing

When you book a destination elopement with me, you only need to cover me, and my assistant's travel expenses for 2-3 days. This includes two-way airfare.

1. Standard Elopement Package Fee:

• This fee covers all my professional photography services for your wedding/elopement, including everything outlined in my elopement packages.

2. Travel Expenses:

• Airfare: I book flights through Delta, flying main cabin. You will be quoted for two tickets (for myself and an assistant or second shooter) just before the contract signing. We arrive the day before your event to accommodate any potential delays and to scout your wedding venue.
• Baggage Fees: If there are any excess baggage fees, they will be quoted before the contract, though this is generally not required.
• Hotel Accommodations: Typically covers 2-3 nights, arriving one day before your wedding events to make sure there are no delays or issues.
• Rental Car: This cost will be quoted based on your wedding itinerary and covers from the day of arrival until the day after your final event. A Rental car may not be needed depending on location.

Why This Approach?

• By separating travel expenses from the standard package fee, you only pay for the necessary costs to bring me to your location, ensuring that I am fully prepared to capture your special day.
• Depending on where your elopement is, costs could be very minimal! I am in Upstate New York; travel to any nearby states that require a long car ride or a plane.
